DK READY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy explains how DK Ready handles personal information in connection with this website and enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@dkready.com.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks only for Name, Email and Message. Please include only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, access credentials, identification documents or sensitive personal information.

Filling in the form is voluntary. All three fields are required to send an enquiry; you can also email us directly. When direct sending is available, pressing Send message submits these details to the website's email endpoint for delivery to info@dkready.com. Entries are not sent while you type. The website does not save submissions in a database or browser storage, or log message contents. Email providers process the email and may retain it in mailboxes, delivery logs or backups.

Basic spam checks use a temporary signed form token, submission timing and temporary request counters. The endpoint may use a hashed network address for short-lived rate limiting. These checks do not create advertising profiles or add tracking cookies. They are intended to reduce automated abuse.

Why we use your information

Information received in an enquiry is used to respond, discuss requested services and manage related correspondence. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, subject to your rights. Enquiries are not a subscription to marketing.

Website operation and service providers

The website is hosted through Sites. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect their services. When enabled, the contact form uses Resend to deliver your name, email address and message to info@dkready.com. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so we can respond directly.

Resend processes email content and delivery logs in the United States and currently describes a 30-day retention period for its standard plans. Receiving email providers may retain correspondence in mailboxes and backups. See Resend's data protection information for its current practices. This delivery processing is separate from the website, which has no submission database.

We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Cookies and tracking

The DK Ready website code does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or browser storage for form data. Fonts, styles and the website images are served with the site, rather than loaded from third-party services.

The hosting platform may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms for security or sign-in, particularly while the site is private. Those functions are separate from advertising and analytics. Analytics or other non-essential tracking will be added only after DK Ready explicitly decides to introduce it, updates this policy and obtains visitor consent where required.

Retention

Received correspondence should be kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or to meet applicable record-keeping obligations and resolve disputes. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry. Contact us about retention or deletion of your correspondence; provider backups and legally required records may have separate retention periods.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. Contact info@dkready.com to make a request. We may need limited information to verify your identity.

You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee where applicable.
